Backorder Disclaimer
Due to the current volatility of shipping costs, all products that are out of stock may be subject to a price increase. All charges must be paid in full before products will be allowed to ship. In any case that the price of a product goes up due to increased shipping costs, Expert Automotive Equipment is willing to issue a full refund for that product.

Shipping Policy
Items marked as Free Shipping: The free shipping terms and conditions vary according to product and delivery specifics. Additional charges would apply for lift gate delivery or a rural shipping address.

Product Warranty / Warranty Disclaimer
Every product sold by Expert Automotive Equipment is brand new unless otherwise specified and is sold backed by the full manufacturer’s warranty. We will replace or repair any product sold by us which proves to be defective according to the stated manufacturer’s warranty.

Product Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Please contact our Customer Service department at 702-658-1323 or via email to initiate a return.

*For a successful return, items must be in new condition with all original packaging intact. We cannot process refunds or credits for items returned to us that are used, altered, missing parts, or have damaged or incomplete packaging.

How To Return Items For Exchange, Credit, or Refund:
At Expert Automotive Equipment, your satisfaction is our priority. Please follow the steps below for returns:

• Ensure the merchandise is new, complete, and in its original packaging.
• Bear in mind, you’ll cover the shipping costs both ways. Note: This also applies to items shipped for free.
• A restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be applied to all returns.
• Returns should be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Include a copy of your original invoice with your return.
• Specify if you prefer an exchange, credit, or refund.
• Securely pack the product and send it, with shipping and insurance costs prepaid, to our location at 4040 Arcata Way, North Las Vegas, NV 89030.

Typographical/Image Errors:

Should an Expert Automotive Equipment product be listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the mispriced product. This holds whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, a credit will be issued to your credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.

Product images on our website are subject to change. In instances where an incorrect image is displayed due to manufacturer/supplier errors, it’s the customer’s responsibility to read the product description before making a purchase.

Limitation of Liability
Expert Automotive Equipment shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
