The R76ATR features easy-to-use, adjustable RimGuard™ clamps, and a tilt-back which will save significant time when loading a new set of wheels. The assist tower will help change low-profile and run-flats (anything with a stiff sidewall), and it will hold the bead in the drop-center, protecting the tire.

The R76ATR comes sporting a high-torque electric turntable drive which features increased speed and reversible direction for quicker tire removal and installation. The controlled speed gives low profile and run-flat beads time to relax. This ultimately reduces the risk of accidentally damaging a tire.

This tire changer comes with sturdy, adjustable RimGuard™ wheel clamps which are made from hardened steel and can accommodate wheels from 9” up to 30” and feature internal and external multi-teeth jaws with vertical mounting bolts that make replacement fast and simple.

The versatile clamp positioning allows for improved control when you’re clamping wheels. All you need to do is position the clamps precisely where you need them within the entire clamping range.

A geometric tabletop makes bead lubrication easy. Operators will be able to visibly inspect the lower bead during tire mounting and inflation. The R76ATR is sporting a completely new and proprietary bead-breaker design which features bilateral pneumatic accelerators for super-fast bead-breaker speeds in both directions. A 100% stainless steel cylinder body means no more worrying about moisture contamination from corrosion. This tire changer also features a multi-axis, adjustable blade for multi-angle tire capacity, and a large, dual flange axle which will virtually eliminate blade flex and premature failure. The adjustable blade settings also help accommodate a larger variety of tire and wheel combinations.

DST30P

The DST30P is capable of accurately and efficiently calibrating wheel and tire configurations. This wheel balancer can handle wheels up to 30” in diameter. The Direct-Axis drive system helps keep the DST30P running smoothly over time. It features a single belt which connects the motor and unbalance sensor, thereby eliminating most maintenance costs during your wheel balancer’s many years of service.

The DST30P doubles the potential placement for wheel weights while still maintaining a space-conscious and cost-effective shop solution. It features dynamic, static, and ALU balancing modes which come standard on each unit. It also boasts dual plane calibration for all OEM configurations and performance wheels.

OEM and performance wheels require this sort of intuitive technology for proper balancing in your readings, so make sure that any wheel balancer you choose is fully capable of servicing these specialized wheel types.

Single-chip circuit board architecture upgrades performance and reliability over multi-chip installations, (e.g., latency reductions, substantial boost in device throughout). A quick, dedicated hyper transport protocol allows data to communicate with the micro-processor much faster than it would otherwise be possible. The single-chip boards also use less power and can better dissipate heat.
